Refunds & Reimbursements

At Loveteck, we know that returns are a natural part of shopping. Our goal is to make the refund process as clear and efficient as possible. Here’s how we handle approved refunds:

Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed if it meets our return conditions.
Processing time is up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take an additional 3–5 business days to complete the transfer.

Important Details

• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from your total refund unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
