You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The timeframe begins on the day the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
