- What is Loveteck?
Loveteck is a fashion brand dedicated to creating comfortable, confident, and effortlessly stylish apparel for women. Our collections include T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies designed with modern style and everyday functionality in mind.
- How do I place an order on Loveteck?
To place an order, simply browse our collections, select the items you’d like to purchase, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to provide your shipping details and select your preferred payment method.
- Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist you.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check your shipment status directly on the carrier’s website.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Debit cards supported by major card networks
- Secure third-party payment services available at checkout
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once processed, your order will be shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
- Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Loveteck only ships within the United States. However, we may offer international shipping in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
- How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, please review our Return & Refund Policy. You can initiate a return by contacting our customer support team at support@loveteck.com. For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and our customer support team will assist you with a solution.
- Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, we do not accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items returned after the 120-day return period
- Items that have been altered or modified
- Do you offer gift cards?
